There are two shipping options; Standard and Tracking
Tracking is the ONLY option with an international tracking number.
Standard shipping has a tracking number that only works inside Norway.

If you need your order by a specific date please let me know and I will do what I can to make sure you receive your order in time.
Rush order fee is $50. Send me a note for availability and timespan BEFORE ORDERING. I reserve myself the right to reject any request for a rush order in case I have too many orders pending.
Express Shipping/Courier services like DHL and FedEx is no longer available due to repeating issues with these companies which causes more hassle than it is worth for my part.
Italian and German buyers please be aware the shipping estimates to your country wildly differs. I cannot guarantee any estimated shipping times to your country. I also in general do not recommend Italian buyers purchasing anything from my store as for some reason Italian customs do not like my horns/antlers. I have sadly had huge issues trying to ship horns and antlers to Italy and even making sure I do everything right by their import rules I still have horns and antlers being either held in customs for months or simply return them to me with no notice. Purchase at your own risk.
Customers living in Dubai, I'm sorry, but your addresses are not accepted by international shipping companies. I get your packages returned to me many months later due to missing info like post codes and the like. Due to this I no longer accept sales to this region.
Please keep in mind these times are just estimates and can change at any moment. I base my times on what the Norwegian post service Posten tells me.
Packing and handling:
I pack my orders using a mix of purchased boxes and reusing old boxes. The same goes for packing materials like crumbled paper, packing peanuts, air packets and bubble wrap. I try to reuse as much as possible.
Please keep in mind that it usually takes 2-3 weeks for me to complete orders. The estimate is based on orders I have in from Etsy, other custom work I do outside Etsy, conventions I attend and my problematic personal health.
Shipping costs include packing and handling.
If there is a delay I will always do my best to inform about this and why.
For all horns and antlers I will mark the shipping label as "plastic horns" or similar.
Orders with multiple items might take a few days extra to have shipped out. This goes especially for multiple orders of the same type of horn/antler/mask as I have a limited amount of molds available to produce my products.
Please keep in mind that Black Crane Creations are not responsible for any customs fees on arrival to your country. Please check you local laws to make sure you do not get any extra fees.
Black Crane Creations will also under no circumstances write a lower value on the packages being shipped as this is in violation with the law.
Any requests for this will be ignored.
However if a replacement item is being shipped it will be marked with "Gift" or if shipped with tracking it will be noted as "Replacement Item" or "Repair", as different laws aply for this.
I will not mark the package as "Gift" for you as this is against the law in cases other than the one mentioned above.
Returns and exchange details:
If items didn't reach your expectations I offer a full refund as long as the item is shipped back to me unpainted and unaltered.
However, if a package with a type of tracked shipping is returned to me, I will subtract the shipping cost as I will need to pay extra to have the package released from the post service.
If the item is damaged please contact me with a picture of the item in question and I will do my best to help you.
Please do keep in mind that for untracked packages, when the package leave my hands at the post office, is beyond my control to ensure it reaches you.
To make sure a package reaches you safely, double check that all adresses and names are spelled correctly with both upper and lower case letters.
If a package is returned due to spelling errors the buyer will have to pay for new shipping. I copy the adresses directly to the shipping label to avoid spelling errors on my end.
Should a package be returned to me without any notification from buyer I will contact you to inform you and try find out why it was returned. If you no longer wish to recieve the package I can refund the cost of the item.
I will do my best to make you happy with your purchase. If you are in doubt please contact me.
Custom orders:
Horns/antlers: I do customs works on horns to a certain degree.
-Do you have any horns or smaller antlers you would like to have wearable replicas of? I can help make a mold of an existing pair.
-I also do paint requests.
-I do not make new horns from horns I do not have in my store, as I do not sculpt my horns, they are all replicas. If you don't see it in the store I simply do not have it, or it is in for repair of the mold, which will be stated in the Shop Announcement section. However I do try to broaden my library of horns frequently and I do try to aquire horns that are requested. Keep in mind that real horns are expensive and it will take me time to get it and then make a mold from it.
Mask: I make custom masks and usually that means I sculpt them in clay and then make a silicone mold to make resin casts. But I am expanding into 3D-modelling and resin printing to speed up my process and achieve more symmetrical designs.
FAQ:
Q: Can I sell the horns and masks I have bought from you to other people?
A: Yes, but preferably if you have painted them or made them part of a larger project like a fursuit head, headress or anything similar. If you want to wholesale my horns please contact me.
Q: Can I make copies of your horns and masks?
A: No.
Q: Can you make [Character] mask/item/horns from [Anime/manga/game/etc]?
A: I would prefer not to. There are copyright laws regarding creating items based on characters and objects from movies, games and so on and I would prefer not to dabble too much in it. However I do make exceptions if the design fits my style and I can show artistic liberty.
Q: Can you teach me how to mould/cast?
A: Sadly no, I get these questions a lot and I can't really teach everyone. It takes time. I would recommend visiting sites like Smooth-On.com for a lot of tutorials and great materials.
